II. Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through BlueBarrel Website www.bluebarrelsystems.com, BlueBarrel apps, BlueBarrel email newsletters and any interactive engagement provided, controlled and maintained by BlueBarrel.

You can browse our Website and access important information without revealing personally identifiable information (as defined in Section II.C.1.). We do enable "cookies" to improve the experience and this tracks your visit. BlueBarrel recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible collection and use of information. Without your consent, BlueBarrel will not communicate promotions for products or services. If necessary, BlueBarrel will send update notices regarding, and limited to, the products or services.

A. Preferences / Unsubscribing

BlueBarrel email registrations require a double-opt-in process: Users must first affirmatively check a box and provide an email address before receiving a confirmation link via email to complete the process. These preferences may be updated at any time by unsubscribing to promotional emails or by contacting us (see Section IX).

B. California Residents: Information Sharing Disclosure Requests

California residents have the right to request Information-Sharing Disclosures that identifies third parties with whom BlueBarrel has shared Personal Information. To do so, please contact us (see Section IX).

We will respond to your request for an Information-Sharing Disclosure within 45 days.

The many positive environmental contributions of rain collection should be studied by all generations however, like any online activity, children should visit websites with the supervision of an adult. BlueBarrel Websites and apps and any interactive features are not intended or designed for users under the age of 13. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we know to be under the age of 13. Anyone under the age of 13 should not send any Personal Information to us.

BlueBarrel’s Website is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law.
